<p>PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in workability by reducing a molding man-hour of a bent structural composite material, by performing molding of a core material and skin material simultaneously with curing. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 70 is laid on the inside of a recessed part 20 of a molding device 20 and a foaming stock solution 80 is cast within the recessed part 20. A honeycomb 50 is set up over the foaming stock solution 80, which is wrapped in a fringe part 71 of the skin mterial 70. When the foaming stock solution 80 begins to foam, a backup plate 23 is fitted over a curved surface 12 of a model stand 1 by lifted down the backup plate 23 and a plane 22 of the under surface of the molding device 2 having flexibility is deformed through bending. When the foaming has processed, a top force 3 is lowered to cover the recessed part 20 with a curved surface 30, and a skin material 60 is put over the top of the honeycomb 50. Then when a urethane foam 81 is released from the molding device 2 by raising the top force 3 after the skin materials 60, 70 and the urethane foam 81 have been cured, a bent structural composite material C can be obtained.</p> |
