PURPOSE:To make cash management and the issue of a chart for customer possible by attaching a cash drawer to the lower part of an off-line computer and exciting a solenoid through a photocoupler to open automatically the cash drawer when a charge is inputted. CONSTITUTION:The cash drawer 1 is constituted in the lower part of the off-line computer as one body; and when a customer code or the charge of technique is inputted from a keyboard, it is displayed on a CRT. When the charge display is confirmed to operate a key, the output of the off-line computer makes an LED in the photocoupler emit light, and a photo transistor (TR) receives this light to excite the solenoid through a TR in the next stage, and the cash drawer is automatically opened. Since the off-line computer can be used for not only register business but also the issue, registration, etc. of the charts, the general management business is processed with one device. |
