PURPOSE:To form many description zones vertically to the card driving direction by providing a described position detecting means which detects the described position of a card and a described position changing means which changes the card described position detected by said detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A card driven by a motor 20 is read by a reading magnetic head 25 and a writing magnetic head 26 and recorded again. The describing means 27 are arranged in a row vertically or approximately vertically to the card driving direction so that the standards of value recorded magnetically on the card are described on the card. These described positions on the card are detected by a described position detecting means 35. A described position changing means 41 changes the described positions detected by the means 35. |
