<p>The method comprises the following steps: a) mixing a sample of the substance of which the dismutasic activity has to be dosed with a chemoluminescent reagent; b) measuring the inhibition of the chemoluminescent response of said chemoluminescent reagent which is caused by introducing, in the mixture prepared in step a), a system capable of providing O2- ions and which consists in an aprotic solvent in alkaline medium; and c) deducing from the measurement thus carried out the concentration searched for in dismutasic activity. The chemoluminescent reagent is preferably lucigenine. The dosing is carried out with a high sensitivity. In order to provide for the absolute character of the specificity of the dosing, an immunoextraction is previously performed.</p> |
