PURPOSE:To instantaneously supply screen information displayed on a terminal with high operability by transmitting a reserved picture number which is previously made reservation to a center and fetching the preserved picture data into a picture memory when a power source is turned on. CONSTITUTION:A power-on detection means 3 detects putting in a power source switch 3A to operate an automatic connection means 4, and automatically connects a public capstan terminal 2 to the center 1 when the power source is on. On the other hand, a fetched screen number holding means 5 holds the reserved picture number of preset local information, automatically transmits the reserved picture number to the center 1 after automatic connection and stores reserved picture data corresponding to the reserved picture number in a screen fetching means 6. Upon the completion of the storing, a disconnection means 7 disconnects the terminal 2 and the center 1, and a display means 8 repeatedly displays the picture data stored in the picture fetching means 6 on its display.
