PURPOSE:To improve workability on the adjustment of an output by transmitting a drive signal over a switching element until the ON time of the switching element coincides with the time determined by the time width of a control signal. CONSTITUTION:A choke coil 10 and a switching element 2 are connected in series with a DC power supply 1. A dumper diode 3 is connected in antiparallel with the switching element 2, and an inductor 4 for resonance and a capacitor 5 for resonance constitute a current resonance circuit on the ON of the switching element 2. A capacitor 11 for resonance organizes a voltage resonance circuit on the OFF of the switching element 2 together with the inductor 4 for resonance and the capacitor 5 for resonance. A drive circuit 7' transmits a drive signal over the switching element 2 until the ON time of the switching element 2 coincides with the time width of a control signal from a control-signal generating circuit 29.
