PURPOSE:To quickly and easily position a projection lens and the first mirror by constituting the titled reader so that the projection lens and the first mirror can move integrally in the first direction in an orthogonal plane to an optical axis, and the projection lens can move by holding a relation to the first mirror in the second direction being different from the first direction in the orthogonal plane. CONSTITUTION:A lens holder 8 can move integrally and relatively in the X direction and the Y direction against a body substrate 10 by fixing it to a fitting plate 9 with two pieces of screws B1. On the other hand, a mirror holder 11 can be move by following the lens holder 8 only in the direction X against the movement of the lens holder 8. Accordingly, in case of positioning a projection lens 7 and the first mirror 12 against condenser lenses 4 and 5 of a light source part, the positioning can be completed by moving the lens holder 8, and thereafter, only fixing the mirror holder 8 with two pieces of screws B2.
