PURPOSE:To secure a winding space sufficiently and to facilitate the winding work in a brushless motor, by a method wherein a rotor having a cylindrical permanent magnet is used, and the magnetization peak of one pole is shifted by a prescribed electric angle and opposite polarities are alternately magnetized at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 having a cylindrical permanent magnet 2 is constituted in that the permanent magnet 2 is fixed to an inner circumferential wall of a cup-shaped yoke 3 and a rotary shaft 4 is fixed on the center of a bottom portion thereof. The permanent magnet 2 is magnetized in the circumferential direction with opposite polarities alternately at regular intervals. Also the permanent magnet 2 is magnetized on one pole with the magnetization peak shifted by about 40 deg. in the electric angle. A stator 6 is provided with magnetic poles 6a, 6b. |
