PURPOSE:To prevent reliably generation of a defect on a mold part due to involvement of air in casting resin, by drawing a vacuum of the inside of a cavity at the time of casting the resin. CONSTITUTION:A passage 7 for drawing a vacuum is provided within a mold so that the passage 7 is communicated with a cavity part 3. A porous metallic member 8 is interposed between the cavity part 3 and the passage 7. Before casting resin within the cavity part 3, the passage 7 is drawn a vacuum. With this construction, air existing within the mold including the cavity part 3 is discharged forcibly outside from the passage 7 through a porous part of the metallic member 8. Therefore, a defect due to a void of a mold part can be prevented reliably at the time of transfer molding. |
