PURPOSE:To increase an application range on a display panel by providing a key input part, a layout display part and a handwriting input part to the display panel dividedly. CONSTITUTION:An electronic equipment 1 contains a display panel 3 enclosed by a frame 2 and the panel 3 consists of a transparent keyboard and a transmissive liquid crystal display device. Then the panel 3 is divided into a key input part 4, a layout dislay part 5 and a handwriting input part 6. While the frame 2 is provided with a power supply switch 7, etc. In a theoretical application mode the key input and display are carried out while a reflecting plate is kept in a store part 11 in order to secure a clear display state. While the reflecting plate is removed out of the part 11 for projection in a projection mode of an overhead projector. Thus the layout display is possible by means of both parts 4 and 6. Then, a single part can be displayed with magnification on the entire surface of the panel 3.
