PURPOSE:To reduce the level variation of the reference voltage by connecting a series circuit of a resistance and the 2nd Zener diode to both terminals of the 1st Zener diode for generation of the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:A DC stabilized power supply circuit consists of a Zener diode 3 having small variation of the Zener voltage against the variation of voltage, a Zener diode 4 having small variation of Zener voltage against the variation of temperature, resistances R4-R7, and a power supply circuit 2 and delivers the output voltage of a fixed level. As shown in the diagram, both diodes 3 and 4 are connected in parallel with the diode 4 and the resistance R5 connected in series to both terminals of the diode 3 respectively. Thus both diodes 3 and 4 function to suppress the variation of the input voltage level and the variation of temperature respectively. Thus the level variation of the reference voltage can be reduced.
