The invention relates to a neon sign on-off device by controllig discharge voltage which is the secondary side voltage of high voltage transformers. This apparatus need only one secondary high voltage source circuit for several neon sign tube on-off circuits. so miniaturization, cost reduction and lower power consumption are achieved. The construction of this system is composed of several neon sign tubes and corresponding switches, switches are connected to neon sign tubes in parallel. And another charateristic is that the neon sign tube for damping is serially connected to the secondary side of transformer.
