PURPOSE:To make adjustment of a distance between a turning center of a turning bearing and a center of a pinion gear possible with a simple constitution by arranging holes for attaching a ring located on the side on which a ring gear is not formed with a small amount of eccentricity relative to the turning center of the turning bearing. CONSTITUTION:Of an inner ring 7 and an outer ring 8 of a turning bearing 10, the inner ring 7 on the side on which a ring gear 9 is not formed is provided with a number of attachment bolt holes 16 arranged on a circle having a center with a small amount of eccentricity relative to the turning center of the turning bearing 10. And the inner ring 7 on the side on which the ring gear 9 is not formed is made possible to be fixed in multiple relative rotary positions against a turntable 3 by means of the multiple attachment bolt holes 16. As a result, distances between a pinion gear 14 and the turning center of the turning bearing 10 can be adjusted closely or apart by means of a simple method of changing the relative rotary positions.
