PURPOSE:To enable a recording paper to be fitted extremely easily and to be cut cleanly, by a construction wherein a platen can be opened together with a platen cover horizontally to the rear side of an electronic apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When a recording paper is to be fitted, a lock lever 12 is pulled leftward, whereby a platen and a platen cover 9 thus unlocked are turned open clockwise through a support shaft 28. Under this condition, a rolled form recording paper 13 is fitted to a horizontal arm 10a of a rolled paper holder 10. An end 13a of the recording paper is led from the free end side of the platen, and is laid on a guide part. The paper is drawn out by a predetermined distance to the upper side, and is positioned by utilizing both side walls of the guide part. Under this condition, the platen is turned and pushed to the side of an electronic calculator 1, together with the platen cover 9. |
