PURPOSE:To provide excellent color reproducibility in all scenes by specifying the ratio between cyan gamma and magenta gamma and the ratio between the cyan gammaand yellow-gamma. CONSTITUTION:The ratio of the magenta gamma to the cyan gamma when the gamma values of respective colors are determined by making single color exposure by blue light, green light and red light respectively and making a developing process is preferably 0.85-1.00, more preferably 0.87-0.9 and the ratio of the yellow-gamma to the cyan gamma is 0.83-1.00, more preferably 0.85-0.97. The excellent color reproducibility signifies not only that the color purity of primary colors is improved to permit sharp reproduction of single colors but also that the preferably reproduced colors are obtd. in all the fues and all density regions of a color photograph in a practical technique and further that the preferable color reproduction is obtd. in spite of a change in various conditions for the developing process, etc.
