PURPOSE:To prevent a measuring mistake due to the error of a key by omitting key operation, by loading a definite number of articles to be measured to a second load measuring part regardless of the kind of the articles to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A main scale 1 having a first load measuring part 3 and a satellite scale 2 having a second load measuring part 15 are provided to a counting balance and the load W measured by the scale 1 is converted to a digital value by an A/D converter 4 to be inputted to an operational processing part 5 while the wt. Ws of a sample measured by the measuring part 15 of the scale 2 is converted to a digital value by an A/D converter 16 to be inputted to an operational processing part 17 and the wt. Ws is operationally processed to be sent out to the processing part 5 of the scale 1. The processing result of the wt. Ws from the scale 2, the processing result of the wt. W stored in RAM 7 and set data from a keyboard 10 are operationally processed and the operation results are again stored in RAM 7. The setting of the wt. of a single product is made easy by the scale 2 and the number, the wt. of the single product and the wt. W are displayed on a display part 14.
