PURPOSE:To reduce a control processing overhead per one transmitting data, and to execute efficiently transfer processing, by providing a waiting buffer for transfer data, and transferring data collectively. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with an instruction from a terminal system, necessary data in a data base 13 is read out to a transaction processing part 14, data working is executed, and transmitting data is sent to a processing part 15. The processing part 15 stores successively a large quantity of data from the processing part 14, in a waiting buffer 17, with respect to many transmitting data, and when it has become full, or when a specified time has elapsed, the transmitting data are collectively transferred to a processor 21. A processing part 25 in the device 2 transfers data to a transaction processing part 24, converts it to data which has received a transmission request, and sends it out.
