PURPOSE:A obtain a cured film having improved heat resistance, hardness and solvent resistance in a short time, by reacting a specific phenoxy resin with a fixed amount of isocyanate ethyl methacrylate, adding a photopolymerization initiator to the reaction product, forming the blend into a film and irradiating the film with light rays. CONSTITUTION:(A) A phenoxy resin [e.g., compound shown by formula I (n is >=20; R is H or group shown by formula II; R' is group shown by formula III or formula IV)] having >=5,000 molecular weight is reacted with (B) >=0.01 equivalent based on 1 equivalent of hydroxyl group of the component A, the reaction product is blended with >=0.1wt% photopolymerization initiator (e.g., benzophenone, etc.,) to give a compound which is made into a film and the film is irradiated with light rays to give a cured film.
