PURPOSE:To provide a sterile clean room utilizing resin construction material by a method wherein sterilized resin made by impregnating resin matrix with sterilizing agent is used as resin construction material. CONSTITUTION:Substantially all the materials except metals, including floor material, wall material, column material and ceiling material, which constitutes a clean room and contact indoor air are of sterilized resin. As sterilizing agent to be dispersed and contained in resin matrix, roughly three categories, i.e. a surface active agent system, a diphenyl system and other special systems are used. As the surface active agent, a positive surface active agent, amphoteric surface active agent, some anion surface active agent and nonionizing surface active agent are applied. However, in particular, the positive surface active agent is preferable due to is powerful sterilizing action. Normally, a rate of the sterilizing agent with respect to the resin is in a range of 0.01-20wt%, preferably a range of 0.05-5wt%. |
