PURPOSE:To provide a device which is prevented from the generation of noise and enables reporting of an accurate remaining hour of a 1hr timer operation, by a method wherein a present time is displayed up to an operation starting time by means of an information signal from a present time count means, and simultaneously with the starting of 1hr timer operation, the information signal is switched to an information signal from a remaining operation hour counting means to display it. CONSTITUTION:A present time is set by a present time setting means 2, and an operation starting time is inputted by an operation starting time inputting means 1. Upon completion of the above control, an apparatus displays a present time by means of a time displaying means 9, and waits during an operation starting time. When an apparatus comes to an operation starting time, it starts operation, and simultaneously starts counting of the remaining hour of 1hr operation. A remaining hour, in which operation is stopped, is displayed in a time display means. When a remaining hour is 0, i.e., 1hr operation is completed, the apparatus stops operation, and a present time is displayed in a time display means again. Thus, since a remaining operation hour, in which operation is stopped, is continued to display during timer 1hr operation, the operating state of the apparatus is properly grasped. |
