A method for the manufacture of individually administerable dosage quantities, in which a carrier mass containing active substances and common additives is delivered at a raised temperature on to a stationary or moving substrate or poured into blisters or hollow moulds made of foil, and the formula mass is then transferred to an administration mould. The formula mass with a softening range in excess of body temperature is heated to a temperature in excess of body temperature and dosed under pressure with a viscosity of over 3000 mPa.s. By means of the method the dosed administration quantities are made up by simple and economic means to a good quality standard. <IMAGE>
