PURPOSE:To attain a consecutive data transmission by providing a consecutive transmission means which sends out in order a program data in a data buffer chained with a buffer chaining means, and plural control data in plural control buffers to a communication medium connected to a communication opposite. CONSTITUTION:A consecutive transmission means 5 decides whether the sending of the control data for all of plural control buffer information 41 represented in a buffer chain table 4 to a communication medium 8 is completed or not,and when it is decided some bits of information 41 exist, a control data sending process is repeated until the control data for all of remaining control buffer information 41 are sent out to the communication medium 8. And when it is decided the control buffer information 41 does not exist, the data buffer information 41 represented in the buffer chain table 4 is taken out, and the program data in a data buffer 6 following continuously the plural control data is sent out to the communication medium 8, according to the data buffer forefront information which represents the forefront of the data buffer included in the data buffer information 42, and the information for the length, etc., of the data buffer. In this way, it is possible to send out the program data and the plural control data continuously to the communication medium.
