PURPOSE:To solve the problem of sticking of a film by providing a heater plate which can be put into and out at an intermediate position between a film holding frame which has a prescribed film sucking mechanism and can move upward and downward and a pattern plate which has the film sucking mechanism. CONSTITUTION:While the drawn out film 33 is held in tight contact with a suction box 29, the holding frame 10 is moved and lowered onto a spreading base 28 and a reduced pressure chamber 9 is subjected to a negative pressure operation to transfer the film 33 via a sucking member 13 to the holding frame 10. The holding frame 10 is moved down onto the heater plate 23 while the film 33 is drawn out, the film 33 cut by a cutter 31 part is directly heated by the heater plate 23. A carriage 21 is retreated and the holding frame 10 is lowered until the frame contacts a pattern plate 34 to attach the softened film 33 atop the pattern plate 34 in tight contact therewith when the film 33 is heated for the prescribed time. The problem of sticking of the film to the pattern plate and the failure of the film in the stage of parting is thereby solved. |
