<p>PURPOSE:To omit a capacity at a storage part by constituting a device so that each of plural one-dimensional multielement optical sensors performs an electronic scan on a picture element at a position shifted by one picture element in each line direction. CONSTITUTION:Since the titled device is constituted so that each of one- dimensional multielement optical sensors 4-6 performs the electronic scan of the picture element at the position shifted by one picture element in the line direction, correlation with the bit of information of an adjacent picture element in the line direction can be taken easily. Therefore, in the manufacturing of an image pickup device, the capacity of the storage part can be omitted by using a delay circuit, etc.</p> |
