PURPOSE:A resin composition having improved antistatic properties and dimensional stability without damaging property characteristics of resin, obtained by blending a polyphenylene sulfide resin with specific electrically-conductive carbon black, natural scaly graphite and inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:(A) 25-75wt% polyphenylene sulfide resin is blended with (B) 0.5-3.5wt%, preferably 0.7-1.9wt% electrically-conductive carbon black which has >=400ml/100g DBP oil absorption, <=200ppm total amount of Ni and V, preferably <=80ppm V and <=40ppm Ni, (C) 2-18wt% natural scaly graphite and (D) 5-40wt% one or more inorganic filler selected from carbonate, sulfate, phosphate and silicate of Ca, Mg and Ba, talc and mica in such a way that the total amount of the components B and C is 4-20wt% and kneaded to give the aimed composition. |
