A sanitary fitting has a fitting body to which a water outlet is releasably fixed. Fixing is accomplished by means of a screwed part which is pulled through coaxially by the actuating rod of a changeover device by means of which the water can be directed to either of two possible paths. In this way, it is possible to keep the water outlet particularly simple (Figure 3).
