PURPOSE:To make the titled member stable and a long life electrically optically and photoconductively by placing a base body member on a rotary holding means and by forming the surface in the cleaned face with micro-unevenness by inorganic acid solution after transferring the uneven shape of plural rotary cylinders with its press-fitting and turning. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum base body cylinder 102 the surface of which is cleaned by a trichlene, etc. is inserted into a rotary holding cylinder 101. The uneven shape is uniformly transferred on the surface of the base body cylinder 102 by press-fitting and turning the rotary cylinder 103, 104, 105 with uneven shape having displacement on the surface thereof. This uneven surface has no flaw nor foam and is uniformly stable organically, and is made the cleaned face having the micro-unevenness without oxidation film, etc. In this way the titled deice 102 is stabilized more uniformly electrically, optically and photoconductively and made a long life with durability.
