摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to set the rotational speed of the rotary body contacted with a sample liquid to a sufficiently low speed, by detecting the number of rotations of the stator of a first motor or the rotor of a second motor and displaying the viscosity value calculated on the basis of the number of rotations detected. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 18 having a rotary body 20 is rotationally driven at the number of rotations omega1 by a motor 11 while the motor 11 is rotated to the reverse direction at the number of rotations omega2 by a motor 12. Therefore, the apparent number of rotations omega0 of the rotary body 20 to a sample liquid 1 comes to ¦omega1¦-¦omega2¦. The number of rotations omega0 is detected by a detector 25 and fed back by a controller 32. The controller 32 changes the number of rotations omega2 of the motor 12 so that omega0 keeps a set value even if the number of rotations omega1 of the motor 11 changes with the generation of load torque corresponding to the viscosity of the sample liquid 1. This change quantity omega2 is taken out as the output corresponding to load torque T. Because constant relation is present between the viscosity of the sample liquid 1 and the load torque received by the rotary body 20, the constant thereof is preset and viscos ity is obtained from omega2.
