PURPOSE:To grasp an indoor state from the outdoors, to cope quickly with an emergency condition, and to improve an effect of safety by providing a controlling circuit which can execute a response to the inside of a house even in the course of an alarm notice of a door-phone which has been placed in the outside of the house. CONSTITUTION:A master device 1 and plural pieces of slave devices 2 are placed in the inside of a house of a home telephone system, a door-phone 3 is connected to the master device 1, and also, a security unit 4 is connected to a call line l1 between the master device 1 and the slave device 2. A security system for monitoring a fire, etc., in the inside of a house is constituted by connecting a sensor S for sensing an abnormal state, to said unit 4. To a line l2 for connecting a call network 6 of this door-phone 3 and the master device 1, a bidirectional call interface circuit 5 is connected, and an alarm sound from the unit 4 is applied to the circuit 5 from the line l1. The circuit 5 is used as a controlling circuit between the door-hone 3 and the inside of the house, so that a state of the inside of the house can be answered even when an alarm is being noticed from the door-phone 3, and this system copes quickly with an emergency condition.
