PURPOSE:To improve the reproducibility of a fine image part and to prevent a fixed toner image from being simply peeled by forming a toner receiving layer consisting of plastic resin containing a specific mat agent and having >=50 deg.C softening point on a base film having >=100 deg.C heat resisting temperature. CONSTITUTION:The toner receiving layer having 5-100mum thickness and consisting of plastic resin containing 0.1-5wt% mat agent with 0.05-20mum grain size and having >=50 deg.C softening point is formed on the surface of a base film with >=100 deg.C heat resisting temperature and the surface inherent resistance value of the toner receiving layer is set up to the range of 1X10<9>-1X10<16>OMEGA. For instance, an antistatic agent is contained in the plastic resin on the toner receiving layer and the content is controlled. When the surface intrinsic resistance value is 1X10<9>OMEGA or less, transfer defect may be generate, and when 1X10<16>OMEGA or above, toner may be dispersed at the time of transfer. |
