PURPOSE:To obtain an immobilized lipase enzyme membrane necessary for continuous use of lipase and applicable to a biosensor, by using polyvinyl pyrrolidone and bovine serum albumin, etc., as raw materials. CONSTITUTION:An immobilized lipase enzyme membrane is formed by coating a substrate with an aqueous solution containing 2-20wt% polyvinyl pyrrolidone having a molecular weight of several tens thousand - several hundred thousand, 0.2-1.0wt% 2,5-bis(4'-azido-2'-sulfobenzal)cyclopentanone sodium salt, 5-10wt% lipase and 5-10wt% bovine serum albumin and drying the coating layer. The immobilized enzyme membrane is crosslinked by ultraviolet irradiation and then chemically crosslinked by treating with a chemical crosslinking agent such as an aqueous solution of glutaraldehyde. |
