<p>PURPOSE:To perform the feed of a sheetlike article so smoothly in leaving the other on a paper feed board mounted intact, by installing such a mechanism that makes the regulating plate installed in the paper feed board avade from the projecting range of a manual feed sheetlike article mounting plate when this plate is moved. CONSTITUTION:A pair of side guide plates 55 installed in a paper feed board should be set to make its upper end rotatable as far as approximately 90 deg.. When a manual paper feeding part is installed there, it is necessary to secure an empty space in and around the delivery height of a sheetlike article for insertion of this manual paper feeding part. On the other hand, each height of these side guide plates is required to be more than the extent of thickness in the sheetlike article. Therefore, in case of manual paper feeding,the height of the guide plate 55 comes to something an obstacle. In order to prevent this drawback, a rotary plate 72 is installed in an upper part of the side guide plate 55, and it is rotated as far as approximately 90 degrees against energizing force of a spring 73 whereby a top position is made so as to be lowered by the height of C in design. Accordingly, since the rotary plate 72 is pushed by a sheetlike article mounting plate and rotated, the side guide plate 55 is no longer obstructed. Therefore, the manual feeding sheetlike article is smoothly insertable.</p> |
