PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of stator coils, by forming the stator foils integrally with coil conductors only. CONSTITUTION:Coil shafts 18 arranged rotatably on a table 19 are rotated in the same direction shown by arrow heads A, and are wound up with the flat type coil conductors 8 of the width h of the tip sections of the shafts, applying fusion films near the shafts. After that, the coil shafts 18 are moved down in the axial direction, and flat type coil units 28 are radially arranged within the same plane on a table 19. After that, to the ends 8' of the flat type coil units 28, a force F kept out of the central section of a plurality of the coil units is applied, and at the same time, the table 19 is rotated in the direction of an arrow head C, and the outer peripheral sections of the respective coil units 28 are wound up with the flat type coil conductors 8 to form a multilayer. A plurality of the coil units 28 are made to come in contact with one another to be positioned and to be fusion-combined together, and stator coils are obtained. |
