发明名称 PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To use an organic high molecular compound as a blank, and to manufacture a potoelectric conversion element stably functioning even in air by joining an electrolytic polymerication organic high molecular compound and a metal having a work function of 4.5eV or less. CONSTITUTION:Lithium (Li, work function of 2.9eV), sodium (Na, 2.8eV), potassium (K, 2.3eV) aluminum (Al, 4.2eV), indium (In, 4.0OeV), lead (Pb, 4.5eV), zirconium (Zr, 4.3eV), tin (Sn, 4.5eV), titanium (Ti, 4.1eV), etc., are cited as a metal having the work function of 4.5eV or less. One kind or two kinds or more of these elements are used. A photoelectric conversion element 1 is shaped by joining a polypyrrole film 2 and an aluminum film 3, and said polypyrrole film 2 is joined with gold 42 coated onto a polyester film 41 under a precipitated state. An electrode 43 is shaped through silver paste 44 from gold 42 and the aluminum film 3 in the photoelectric conversion element 1.
