PURPOSE:To sufficiently operate a complementary MOS analog switch even when a potential difference of a power supply is small by providing a signal detection circuit detecting a signal at an output terminal by a prescribed threshold voltage and a capacitor whose one terminal receives a detection signal of the signal detection circuit and whose other terminal is connected to the output terminal. CONSTITUTION:An output terminal of a driver 13 is connected to an output terminal 12. Further, an input terminal of the signal detection circuit 14 detecting the signal of the output terminal 12 by a prescribed threshold voltage is connected to an input terminal 12. An input terminal of an inverter 15 is connected to the output terminal of the signal detection circuit 14 and a capacitor 16 is connected between the output terminal of the inverter 15 and the output terminal 12 of a signal phiout. In the driver, a collector, emitter of an NPN bipolar transistor (TR) 21 and a base, drain of an N-channel MOS TR 22 are connected in series between a high power voltage VDD and a low power voltage VSS. |
