PURPOSE:To surely recognize which input instruction develops exceptional processing by judging which input instruction develops the exceptional processing among input instructions that a microprogram arithmetic means sequentially calculates and processes. CONSTITUTION:A basic data arithmetic unit 5 calculates basic input data selected by input selectors 3 and 4 out of storage areas 11 and 12 in a memory 1. If the result overflows or underflows, a status is set to FFs 6 and 7, and its output is taken for the input of an OR circuit. The AND conditions of the output signal 15 of the OR circuit and a clock signal 14 are taken, and the output is taken for an input signal to a microprogram controller 13. If the arithmetic result of the unit 5 overflows or under flows the signal 15 controls the controller 13, which executes a microprogram for the exceptional processing. Thus the status and input data are stored in the memory area, and the FFs 6 and 7 are preset which give a status for the next operation. |
