. This invention is a small device to keep the toilet seat up. When tanks are insulated with a tank cover to stop condensation or for looks, that toilet becomes hard to clean or use for urinal purpose as the seat keeps on falling back. With this device the seat stays up as needed. The device is a steel blade, straight in length and curved in width attached by a rivet or a screw at ninety degrees with a fork like shape base made of steel or plastic. The fork shape is that the device can be moved ahead or back along the seat bolt to adjust it. The device is inserted on each side of the seat, when the seat is up, each blade is at ninety degrees with its base, therefore in its curved position which makes it rigid enough to keep the seat up, as you pull the seat down it loses its curved shape and the rigidity that goes with it, along with the ability to maintain pressure against the seat. Appropriate color is given to the device to match existing toilets on the market.
