PURPOSE:To prevent respective adhering parts from being peeled off by fixing an optical fiber part in a structure body obtained by holding the end surface of an optical fiber on the focus surface of a lens and unitedly forming respective parts on the outer wall of a sleeve storing the lens and the optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:The spherical lens 1, a parallel plane spacer 2 and the optical fiber 3 stored and terminated in a ferrule 5 adhere to each other with resin 6 so as to be unitedly formed, and the united body is inserted into the sleeve 4. The ferrule 5 out of respective parts united by adhesion is sticked with resin 6 only at one end surface A of the sleeve 4 and respective parts are not fixed on the inwall of the sleeve 4. Even if the expanding length or contracting length is different in respective parts, the optical fiber 3 is slided in the sleeve 4 by setting up the adhering surface A as a fixing end. Consequently, stress to be applied to the spacer 2, the optical fiber 3, the ferrule 5, and the resin 6 is reduced and respective parts can be prevented from being peeled off at the adhering surface due to the resin 6.
