PURPOSE:To reduce the decoding processing time by supplying a coded data to plural decoders sequentially alternatively at every time an EOL signal as line end information included in a coded data is detected so as to apply parallel processing for the decoding processing at every line unit. CONSTITUTION:An EOL detection circuit 2 detects an EOL code in the input coded data. The detection information is sent to a controller 8, which applied the control of the input coded data to be supplied switchingly, sequentially alternatively to the decoders 3, 4 at every generation of the detecting information. The decoded data of the decoders 3, 4 is led respectively to the decode buffer 5, 6 and each decoded data is outputted serially from a decoding data output terminal 9 via an output circuit 7 sequentially.
