摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent blowoff of raw material at a die outlet and nonuniformity of quality of product and to make clogging of raw material in the interior of die hardly occur,by treating a raw material with high water content by an extruder equipped with specific die length at the tip part. CONSTITUTION:In producing a molded food having continuous texture by processing a raw material high water content of 40-90% comprising fish meat of fish meat as main component by extrusion through an extruder, especially a twin-screw extruder equipped with a die having >=40 times, preferably 40-200 times as long die hole length as diameter or thickness of die hole at the tip part is used for the treatment.
