PURPOSE:To manufacture a flexible photoelectric conversion element by joining a metallic oxide semiconductor and an electrolytic polymerization organic high molecular compound. CONSTITUTION:A compound, such as indium oxide, tin oxide, titanium oxide, vanadium pentoxide, cobalt oxide, nickel oxide, cuprous oxide, zinc oxide, molybdenum trioxide, tantalum pentoxide, tungsten trioxide, etc. is cited as a metallic oxide semiconductor. A photoelectric conversion element 1 is formed by joining an ITC film 3 and a polyethylene film 2, and said ITO film 3 is joined under the state in which it is coated onto a polyester film 41. Gold 42 is evaporated to the polyethylene film 2 in the photoelectric conversion element 1, an electrode 43 is led out of the gold 42, and an electrode 43 is drawn out of the ITO film 3 as it is. The electrode 43 is led out through silver paste 44. |
