PURPOSE:To obtain a fabric having high quality with the superior operation performance by setting the static frictional coefficient of Nylon-6 yarn to 0.20-0.40, dynamic frictional coefficient to 0.20-0.45, and the untwisting force from package to 0.1g/d or less, and using said Nylon-6 yarn as the warp in the high-speed warping and high- speed weaving. CONSTITUTION:Nylon-6 is melting-spinned from a multi-opening spinning nozzle 1, and applied with the proper oiling agent by the metering type and roller type oiling agent applicators 3 and 6, and applied with confounding by a confounding applicator 4, and taken up as a cheese-shaped package 9 at a speed of 3,500m/min or more. When the static frictional coefficient at this time exceeds 0.40, a yarn is extended a little on the start of warping, and when the coefficient is 0.20 or less, the yarn is loosened on a creel when warping is brought into stop, and sometimes the yarn is cut on restart. When the dynamic friction coefficient exceeds 0.45, the untwisting force increases in the high speed warping, and partial extension occurs, and the quality of fabrics is deteriorated, and when the coefficient is less than 0.20, the same troubles in case of the static frictional coefficient of 0.20 are generated. Further, when the untwisting force exceeds 0.1g/d, the variation of tension between the yarns in traveling increases.
