PURPOSE:To prevent the splash of a paint and to carry out coating uniformly and surely by supplying a paint on an endless belt traveling at a high speed,and carrying out coating by the centrifugal force generated when the belt is turned at a spraying pulley. CONSTITUTION:The endless belt 1 is moved at a high speed, the paint 2 is supplied onto the belt 1, and the paint 2 coated on the belt 1 reaches the spraying pulley 3 at a narrow path while the paint is not fried. At this time, the belt 1 is circularly moved along the pulley 3, and the paint 2 is thrown out by the centrifugal force in the normal direction of the pulley 3 and deposited on the object 4 to be coated. Consequently, the flow of the paint is almost uniformized, the paint is not entrained by the air since the discharge distance is short, and the splash of the paint can be completely prevented.
