PURPOSE:To produce a spun yarn having uneven appearance similar to that of target yarn, by storing the unevenness of target yarn in a memory with an evenness tester and continuously varying drafting ratio of a fine spinning frame according to the stored data. CONSTITUTION:A sample yarn having particular unevenness to be imitated is passed through an evenness tester and the generated electrical signal is transferred to an A/D converter. The obtained digital signal is processed by a CPU 4 and stored in a memory 5 or a floppy disk 8, etc. The data obtained from an evenness tester is outputted from a computer 3, inputted into a motor- controlling device 10 via a D/A converter 9 are outputted to a servo motor 11 directly connected with a front roller. |
