PURPOSE:To contrive to fabricate the unit at a low cost and to realize a low energy cost by providing a multifunctional bathroom unit capable of additionally heating hot water in a bathtub, space heating in the bathroom, and dehumidifying, drying and ventilating in the bathroom. CONSTITUTION:A gas-like coolant of high temperature and high pressure discharged from a compressor 11 returns to the compressor 11 via a heat exchanger 12 within a tank, a circulating water heater 13, and the like. The heat exchanger 12 within the tank heats hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 21. The circulating water tank 13 heats hot water within the bathtub. At the time of space heating, air within a bathroom 23 enters a casing 1 and is blown off into the bathroom 23 through a heat exchanger 15 on the bathroom side. At the time of space cooling, air sucked up into the casing 1 is cooled by the heat exchanger 15 on the bathroom side and blasted into the bathroom 23 as a cool air flow. At the dehumidifying and space heating time, air of high temperature and high humidity sucked into the casing 1 is dehumidified by an outdoor heat exchanger 17 and warmed by the heat exchanger 15 on the bathroom side and blasted as air of high temperature and high humidity. At the ventilation time, air is discharged to the outdoor 24 through a fan 19. |
