<p>PURPOSE:To contrive miniaturization and low power consumption by adding a transistor (TR) in a chip to simplify the structure of a high voltage system inverter of a write circuit. CONSTITUTION:In writing '0' in a cell TR, write data Din and the inverse of a write state detection signal PGM to to a low level and the output side of a NOR circuit 1 goes to a high level. Then a high level is outputted from the inverter comprising N channel TRs 1, 2 via inverters 2-4. As a result, a TR 3 is conductive and a write current by a voltage Vpp higher than the Vcc is fed via a P channel TR 4. On the other hand, in writing '1', the TR 3 is turned off and no write current is supplied. In bringing the voltage Vpp to the same value as Vcc at data read to turn off the TR 4. Thus, the wiring is made compact, and miniaturization and low power consumption are attained.</p> |
