PURPOSE:To obtain a self-adhesive sheet from which an unnecessary part of the adhesive has been removed with good accuracy, by applying a self-adhesive to a separator, removing the self-adhesive in a specified area with a blade, and joining a surfacing material thereto. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 2 unwound from a raw fabric 1 for a separator base material is coated with a peeling agent 4 by means of a first coater 3 and is dried in a drier 5 to form a separator 6. The surface coated with the peeling agent 4 is then coated with a self-adhesive 8 by means of a second coater 7 to give a sheet 9 coated with a self-adhesive. Thereafter, the self-adhesive 8 in the area on the sheet where it is unnecessary is removed with a blade 10, and the sheet is then dried in a drier 12 and is joined to a surfacing material 14 by means of a laminator 13, thus giving a rolled-up self-adhesive sheet 15. If necessary, the surfacing material 14 may be coated with the self-adhesive 8, which may then be joined to the separator 6. |
