PURPOSE:To cut the number of molding equipments by half, lower manufacturing cost and prevent decrease in strength and generation of crook by molding two kinds of resins with one mold and removing two molded parts being fused together. CONSTITUTION:A non-transparent resin is injected through an inlet 8 from a fixed section side to a lower reel section 10 formed between the fixed section and the sliding section with a mold consisting of fixed sections 1, 2 and 3, movable sections 4 and 5 and sliding sections 6 and 7 being clamped. With the mold clamped, a core 6 sliding to the axial direction of a sliding section is moved by a fixed distance. A transparent resin is injected from an inlet 9 on the fixed side to the upper reel sections 11 and 12 thus formed, and simultaneously fused to a junction with the lower reel molding material. Next, the mold is opened and a reel consisting of a lower reel 10 made of non-transparent resin and an upper reel made of transparent resin formed integrally is taken out. |
