发明名称 INTEGRAL FOAM MOLDING METHOD FOR INTERIOR PARTS
摘要 PURPOSE:To make manufacture of thin interior materials easier to enlarge the interior space of automobile by compressing skin materials to a fixed thickness all from starting vacuum forming through completion of foaming. CONSTITUTION:A skin 3a made of synthetic resin is bonded with a cushion material 3b. A breathing section is provided in the skin and a skin material 3 is formed by adhering a synthetic resin film 3c to the back of the cushion material. The skin is placed upside down on the mold face of vacuum molding tool, and the skin material is vacuum absorbed to the mold face of molding tool by a suction passage 1a connected with a vacuum pump of molding tool. Next, the formed skin is placed on the lower mold face of a foaming molding tool. Air in the cushion material is sucked and compressed through the breathing section of the skin material. At the same time, a top force 2 is placed on a bottom tool 1, and a space (c) is formed between the synthetic resin film 3c and the top force, into which raw liquid is injected and foamed to integrally form up with the skin material. After completion of foaming, the top force is removed and the molded product is taken out.
