PURPOSE:To make fitting easier and eliminate damages to molds and defective products during molding products by installing a fitting component of molding machine consisting of materials easily cut in the position where a molding tool comprising mainly cement substance is fitted to the molding machine. CONSTITUTION:As cement substance, single or a combination of various kinds of portland cements such as alite, 3CaO.SiO2, regular, high-early-strength, super- high-early-strength, white, of sulfate resistance and the like, and aggregates can be used in molding tools. The required strength of component to be used as mold fitted to a molding machine is around 200-300kgf/cm<2> of pressure transmission in case of a metal plate-type press for which the highest compressive strength is required. The lower hardness value of component is, the better conditions of free-machining properties are, and the hardness is preferably less than 40 of E scale of Rockwell hardness test. A molding tool for high- strength cement is fitted to molding machines 6 or 16 through such a fitting material. |
